Our team is capable of performing small to large projects national and international of concrete preparation; vapor control; under layments; and most any kind of floor covering system the customer desires, from cork to seamless vinyl as well as tile, linoleum, carpets, etc. 

We specialize in the more difficult sealing work- like 38,000 SF of containment pits at a Boeing hangor; (Vapor Guard DC) coating the underside of a 14,000 SF rock tunnel for WSDOT; (Vapor Guard DC) start up areas for Kenworth Truck Company;( Vapor Guard DC)  preparing and cleaning 15,000 SF of Nicholson Manufacturing Company floors with over 60 years of grease; then coating them within one hour with the Vapor Guard DC; preparing 25,000 SF of real estate offices(28) by shot blasting, diamond grinding then sealing with the Vapor Guard DC to control the vapor drive and stop the moisture damage in the concrete slab that was causing headaches to the people in the offices(SBS or Sick Building Syndrome) by moisture being trapped underneath the carpet and causing mold.
